Important Health Information

1. Not Medical Advice

The content on this website and the personalized soundscapes provided are for educational and sound-enrichment purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Consult a Professional

Tinnitus can be a symptom of an underlying medical condition. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist or a licensed Audiologist before beginning any sound therapy. If you experience sudden hearing loss, ear pain, or dizziness, seek medical attention immediately.

3. Individual Results

While ACRN is based on clinical research, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee a specific reduction in tinnitus loudness or distress. Sound therapy is a management tool, not a "cure."

4. Safety & Volume

Exposure to loud sounds can damage your hearing. It is your responsibility to listen at a safe, comfortable volume. Our "Mixing Point" guideline (setting volume just below or at the level of your tinnitus) should always be followed to prevent auditory fatigue or injury.
